Wireless Philadelphia has 4 committees that provide oversight and advice to various aspects of our organization.

Steering Committee
Made up of 3 members from Wireless Philadelphia and 3 members from EarthLink, the Steering Committee makes certain critical decisions related to the network pursuant to the Network Agreement.

Advisory Committee
Protects the interest of City's Citizens with respect to WP programs, particularly related to Digital Inclusion, annually review the budget, and become the communications nexus for community concerns by liasing city elected officials with WP. The Advisory Committee meets quarterly with the CEO of WP to discuss community concerns and possible solutions.

Diversity Oversight Committee
Receives and reviews reports from EarthLink in qualifying subcontractors with regards to EarthLink's diversity outreach.

Technical Advisory Board
Provides oversight of the system, reviews wireless and other emerging technologies, reviews network and system architecture, reviews network performance criteria, reviews network upgrade plans, approves Design Control Documents (DCD's). EarthLink and Wireless Philadelphia have the same number of appointments with the total number of appointments unspecified.
