A Digital Difference: Senator Tartaglione Honored at Sheppard Elementary School
On April 24th, the students and parents of Sheppard Elementary School in north Philadelphia, honored Pennsylvania State Senator Christine Tartaglione. Through a grant made possible by the Senator's support, and in partnershipt with the School District of Philadelphia, Apple, Penn State, and Wireless Philadelphia, more than 125 students and their families have received/will receive Apple iMac computers, wireless Internet service in thier homes, and computer training and education. This entire project could not have happened without the dedication and management efforts of Jay Cohen. Kudos and congratulations, Jay!
