Construction Completed in the Proof of Concept Zone

Construction in the Proof of Concept Zone is completed and testing is underway. The approximately 15 square mile area encompasses a vast portion of North Philadelphia. Once the testing has been completed, EarthLink will continue to build out of the network throughout the entire city. The entire city is scheduled to be covered with Wi-Fi access later this year.
